I just had a terrible experience with a phlebotomist named C. She was not only rough and rude but also unapologetic. She inserted the needle roughly and moved it around without any care or concern. I had never experienced such pain in my life. Even afterward, she showed no remorse.
I went to give blood and the ladies at 502 Madison Oak were just sitting around talking and by the time they came out they said it was too late. These are people who just want to sit around and gossip while ignoring patients! Terrible experience!
