FYI - the waiting area is a sauna + office area was dirty and the bathroom was even worse. Quest should be embarrassed, but they dont care judging on the length and history of complaints
Even though I was a walk-in, the technician got me in and out almost immediately. He was efficient and good at collecting quick sample without pain
This facility needs to find better staff and update their system, if you no longer do drug testing then that needs to be said before the appointment is made
I am one of those who does not like needles. I mean absolutely terrified get sick when it is about to happen. But this young man who I thought was 23 or 24 was really 40 and he made that procedure so quick and easy. There are two men in that office that are absolutely amazing. He can’t go wrong with the sterling quest office if I could get more than five stars I would.
