Got here an hour early and was still seen late for my appointment. Had to check in three times.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the way my appointment was handled today. I had booked my appointment online for 10:00 AM. Despite arriving on time at 10:12 AM, I was told to wait until 2:50 PM to be seen. I accepted this inconvenience and waited patiently. However, when my turn finally came, I was informed that the responsible staff member had already left — well before the closing time of 3:05 PM — leaving no one available to complete my test. We took an appointment for Drug test when we get there I did my drug test and that lady just left and didn’t told us something when we asked them hey we have an appointment already they just said the lady left and that’s it. Not a good location for tests
Website should not have appointments that the center cannot fulfill.. Lazy workers. Hire better team
