Some times I have just simply walked in for an appointment w/ no problem. This time, I decided to book an appointment on line. It was simple, quick and easy. I shortly thereafter received a text confirming the appointment. The day of the appointment, I received another text instructing me how to check in, which I did. Upon arrival, w/in a very few minutes I was called back to my appointment. The whole process was quick, easy, seamless.
Very good set up, efficient in and out with appointment, polite professional technician. Thank you! Been going here for blood test since several years Only, Would be nice to ensure easier access to a valud phone number if we have a question.
Phlebotomist is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Keep hiring great professional and skilled people like this!
The phlebotomist was very accomodating. I forgot my labwork order and he suggest that I could leave and get it and then come back and not have to wait again and I didn't even feel a prick when he drew my blood!!
