Wonderful experience! My two young kids were well taken care of with compassion and kindness. Thank you for providing excellent service and the stickers for the kids.
i go to Quest because it is in our healthcare network. they double billed me and the phlebotomist kept telling me over and over again i must call the insurance company. when she said it yet another time, i asked her if she heard me and understood me when i said i would call. needless to say it was disturbing.
Brought my kids here and my youngest was very upset but another worker heard him fussing and ran in trying to get him to cooperate. It was brutal but we got it done and I was so happy with the support and kindness we received
