I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Quest Diagnostics location on July 10th around 4:00 PM. During my visit, I encountered a phlebotomist—possibly of white or Russian descent—who was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a walk-in patient, I understand there may be limitations, but her attitude was unnecessarily harsh.
