Went to Quest facility on Forest Ave Staten Island, NY. The sign in pad was out of order and needs to be repaired. Jasemine greeted me with a pleasant smile. She reviewed my coverage and medical script. We had a pleasant chat about the upcoming holiday. This made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Jasemine was very professional and courteous. My visit was very fast. Many thanks to Jasemine.
They threw out my specimen wouldn't take it and never let me know !!! It is truly criminal.
I was a walk in and was handled in a timely and courteous manner. The technician who drew my blood, Jasmine, was cheerful , gentle, proficient and knowledgeable. AND! I didn’t have any bruises, not a Mark!!
Their schedule was booked for the day so I did a walk in. Their check in system was down and had to do sign in with a paper. Regardless of the issues, the staff was great, quick and professional the entire time. They were taking in people and I had to wait a bit but still managed to leave after a reasonable amount of time.
