The clinician was friendly, attentive, and professional.
That lady is so good you you don't know when she stabs you. I don't know how much of it is due to distraction from the VERY friendly, pleasant, personable conversation, but she ought to be assigned to kids and problem people. Give her a 100% raise each year, so she never leaves! oh, and THANK YOU!
