Rude and Nasty staff!!! Get ready to be judge if your not the right race. Definitely had to walk out I was going to let that lady touch my kids!
I didn’t even have to set foot into this particular quest to have to leave a review. I had to call the desk 4 TIMES and just let it ring for a solid 2-3 minutes at a time. Someone FINALLY picked up and sounded incredibly annoyed. I was calling to confirm an appointment, the only info I gave her was the time of my appointment and she flat out just said “no”, cut off whatever else I had to say and just said “thanks bye”. there is no privacy at all. I know I am only getting blood drawn but the rudeness of other customers who just walk I to the room and ask questions of the tech who does nothing to stop it. The techs are rude. and today was the last straw. there was no need after drawing blood to wrap tape arou d my arm. what happened to a simple bandage. My husband had the same experience and he is still trying to peel the tape off his arm where it is stuck to every hair.
Walk in. Give name. Give birthday. Give docs name and contact info. Give form with test order. Somehow they run tests my 13 year old's doctor ordered for her on my blood. Have to go back and re-do everything. Do I look like I was born in 2003.
