Online easy check in. But after I was text to come in and wait in the lobby to be called. I waited for 30 minutes pass my appointment time and I arrived 5 mins early was my appointment. No good!!!
Was quick and professional comfortable atmosphere
The Blood work Medical Technician/Nurse was wonderful. Unfortunately, did not notice her name. She answered all the questions, politely updated my insurance when I informed her my Insurance Provider had changed. I was in/out in optimal amount of time--also had my results available electronically within 24 hrs. Excellent overall!!!
Lab Tech. who worked with me was amazing! Despite my having forgotten to bring my doctor's testing orders, the Technician managed to help me reach my son and have him e-mail the orders to her. She was wonderfully helpful and pleasant throughout the visit. I am still telling people about this fine experience . . . thanks to her.
