Terrible experience. You do not get to speak to a human being at all. You have to make an appointment online, then scan your driver's license and wait in a room full of people. I had questions regarding my appointment type, and wether a barcode on my ohone was adequate as opposed to printing. You never, ever get to speak to a receptionist or medical assistant. Awful awful awful. Also, if you make an appoint at a certain time, you do NOT get seen at that time. Quest sucks.

I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing laboratory services.”
