The system for check-in was awesome. I didn’t wait very long at all. The person that took my blood was very friendly and professional and obviously overall experience was great
I had Joyce and was amazing. She went beyond her duties our in waiting area helping customers that were having trouble checking in. Once I got in chair. She was precise and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes
The appointment process was great and the time waiting to be called back was reasonable. But what made the appointment such a fantastic experience was the technician who took my mom's blood sample. Her name is Joyce E. She was professional, personable, kind, understanding and knew just the appropriate size needle and tubing needed to extract the blood without causing pain.
