Very efficient system for scheduling and checking in. Julia was EXCELLENT!! I’m a difficult stick. She listened to me and got the blood on the first stick without leaving a bruise!! Kudos to her. Lab results were available in about 24 hours. Great experience.
Getting blood work isn’t typically my idea of a fun morning, but every staff member I’ve interacted with at this Quest has been exceptionally professional and caring. I have to give a special shout out to Amber who is beyond amazing at her job & such a positive person! Quest is lucky to have her (and so are we).
