The wait time wasn't long, the person that served me was very professional.
Very competent technicians. Like most people, personalities differ, but usually very nice. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked with exam necessary items. Usually very quick in and out!
Absolutely horrible. First off, this happened at the South Pasadena location. I couldn’t edit this reviews location after seeing I left it for a different location I have blood taken several times per year plus I donate blood so I’m not new to this or a baby when it comes to needles but the woman I had at the Pasadena Quest Diagnostics was the worst. First, after getting called to come back I gave her my lab orders then sat in silence for roughly 5-10 minutes while she did something on the computer. She couldve at least said... read more
This place is awful. What’s the point of an appointment if it’s gonna be a 45 min wait? It feels like a factory with the amount of people being turned around
