My appt could not have gone better. The technician was professional. She did everything she needed to do. The office was clean. The check in process was very easy!! No complaints
The staff are SO very friendly and good at their jobs. My only complaint is that it was extremely cold in the waiting room.
I am high anxiety about blood draws, because I'm a notoriously hard stick and folk people will opt to dig around in my veins rather than just re-sticking. The person who took care of me went above and beyond making me feel comfortable, even bonded with me while she got ready, and talked me through every step she took to do so. It was a one and done stick, no digging, and no pain!
The staff is so friendly and conversational. Walked me through the whole process and made me comfortable every step of the way.
