The phlebotomist was very professional, kind and skilled. I usually experience multiple attempts and bruising due to difficult veins - at other labs. Craig was so skilled, I hardly felt the needle and had no bruising. The process of appt scheduling, car confirmation of arrival - was very useful... and I was treated in a few minutes of arrival. Kudos for a great experience and wonderful staff person.
Justin was excellent! I have difficult veins and he was great at drawing my blood the first time and was very kind during the entire procedure.
I had an appointment for a fasting blood draw at 8:20 AM. The door was locked. I waited until 10 AM. No one ever showed up. Unbelievable!!
Terrible service. Never received results. Go anywhere else.
