Prepping for cancer surgery... I needed my past 3 years of test results from Quest. Only 1 year of tests are avaible on line in the portal -all of a sudden. The FAQs and chatbot say to press the "looking for historical test results" button at bottom of results page -- WHICH DOES NOT EXIST. The chatbot's other suggestion is to fill out a form for each of those historic tests with the original medical professionals' script for the test. Obviously we often never even see those nor have current access to them. Then the form says... read more
Fast organized service - the option to check in from the app is great
Wait times are out of control, staff seems overworked and unhappy, there’s no one to talk to. Patients in the lobby all seem dismayed. Overall unpleasant experience
