I scheduled an early morning appointment, and Jenny was assigned to assist me. When she came into the waiting area, I greeted her with a “good morning,” but she didn’t acknowledge me at all. Unfortunately, the rest of the appointment continued in the same tone — she was short and seemed irritated throughout. Everyone can have a rough morning, but it shouldn’t affect how patients are treated. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in a professional setting.
