My technician Shavon was the best I've ever had! I do not like needles and usually come close to passing out. I barely felt the needle nor any pain or stinging/burning during the blood draw that I was able to get up and walk right out without any cold sweats or dizziness!
Worst experience in Quest i have ever had. The phlebotomist called Ryanne that was having me is so rude and talking in a very bad manner and so aggressive. I was trying to talk with her in a good way but she continued talking in a very rude way and tone. I never write a review on any platform but this is really the worst time someone talked with me that way and finally we are at a lab which people supposedly treat you well!!!! I am not sure how these people are working in such a big firm!!!
My phlebotomist was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Check in was easy and the facility was very clean. I had scheduled an appointment so wait time was about 3 minutes! Excellent!
