These people are the worst! Do your research on these Quest Diagnostics and their issues with collections. They have been billing me for months for something that was a mistake on their end and refuse to take it off of their collections. Horrible experience and I will avoid this company along with any Dr. who uses them do to their unprofessionalism and lack of common decency for the people who trust them enough to go to them for care. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them. They need more space so they can have more employees to get more people in and out in a timely fashion. Was there this past Friday for a drug test and waited for 2 hours just to pee in a cup!
Sat in the office for twenty minutes without being greeted. Instead the receptionist gossiped about her manager to a coworker. Plenty of of other locations to go to, avoid this one
