For anyone looking for the Springfield location, this Quest location is permanently closed. I made an appointment about a week ago. I went and discovered they were no longer there. I have small veins and there was a lady who's name I forgot who works there who had no trouble at all she went in found her vein and it was over. WHERE IS SHE LOL most places have to get two or three other ppl to help and it takes soooooo long. Needless to say I was disappointed as this was my go to place for blood work.
