The BEST Quest Diagnostics visit in over 20+ years. The PSR Sienna was absolutely professional, courteous, and just amazing! She was very friendly, kind and explained everything that was about to occur during the visit. She verified all my information was correct and confirmed my reasons for being there. The phlebotomists are knowledgeable, kind, and use lively humor to help you relax. The logistics of the this location are terrible. There is no receptionist, so there is no way to talk to anyone regarding the checking screen, bathroom code, whether you should make an appt or use the wait list.
They have a smooth process; kind, knowledgeable staff and very efficient.
