Showed up as a walk in, the kiosk told me there was no one else on the wait list. Lady came up to the desk and told me she already has two patients and her coworker went home so she couldn’t help me. I asked about making an appointment and she said to do it online and if there isn’t anything to walk in before 1 because that’s when her coworker is still there? There’s no policy that says that online. Seems like she just wanted to go home early. Very unprofessional.
This was my first time using Quest Diagnostic and I was very impressed with the speed, service and cleanliness. I would recommend Quest to everyone. I will be using this facility for all my future lab work.
Very unprofessional service. Canceled from the wait list, low staffing, lack of appointment options. Overall wasted 2 hours and accomplished nothing, had to schedule with Labcorp. Not worth your time.
