i went to Bristol CT for bloodwork and cat scan in Southington and was treated like family they took their time and the techs that took care of me were great, Analya and Ryan I believe
I will never use this quest again, & I also never leave reviews but this time I had too. I’ve come here before when I was pregnant for bloodwork & the staff was always great. This last time I came for a drug screening for a school program that i was accepted into. I had my 2 year old with me as I’m a single mother with no support. Great with kids. I would recommend to all of the moms. We all know how difficult it could be having toddlers for blood work. I appreciate the help and support from all of the staff. ☺️
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent appointment. The person I interacted with was curt and unprofessional, responding to my questions with very short, dismissive answers and showing little patience or courtesy. I felt rushed and unwelcome throughout the interaction. I understand that everyone can have off days, but as a client, I expect basic respect and clear communication — especially in a professional setting. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
My phlebotomist was fantastic! It is so easy to make appointment, check in, and the place is clean!! Always great!!
