Phlebotomist was so caring, calm and wonderful. Came in for my son’s first bloodwork and she made the experience so much better than I could have expected. Highly recommend this location!!
My doctor sent my prescription electronically for bloodwork in the morning, however when I got to Quest in the afternoon, they still had not received it. So I called my doctor and she resent it via fax and also to my phone. I received the prescription on my phone within 5 minutes however they did not call me back in. After waiting 45 minutes, I told the tech that I had received it on my phone but she still did not get it on her computer. They’ll make you wait all day even if you have an appointment but if you’re 10 min late you can’t check in for your appointment.
The phlebotimist was very skilled and efficient and pleasant. i was able to get my appointment quickly on line and there was no wait time there. I was doing errands from watertown to southbury and this was so convenient.
I've been going to Quest Diagnostics ever since I moved to Southbury 12 years ago. They are friendly and check in is easy. I strongly recommend doing the online appointment scheduling.
