This is my second visit to this location and my first experience last year was excellent. Blood draws make me anxious and worried. I am an extremely hard stick and the technician, I believe her name was Joan, got me on the first try and left no bruising. Impressive!! P.S. Wait time was just a few minutes, facility was really clean, and parking was a piece of cake.
