This place is great. It’s very clean and the staff are wonderful, especially Shannon.
place is a disaster, completely un organized what’s the point in getting an appointment if your made to wait for two hours and they let walk ins get to go in before you. 82 year old mother in law forced to wait there all she needed to have done was blood work very poorly run
Phlebotomist was so caring, calm and wonderful. Came in for my son’s first bloodwork and she made the experience so much better than I could have expected. Highly recommend this location!!
My doctor sent my prescription electronically for bloodwork in the morning, however when I got to Quest in the afternoon, they still had not received it. So I called my doctor and she resent it via fax and also to my phone. I received the prescription on my phone within 5 minutes however they did not call me back in. After waiting 45 minutes, I told the tech that I had received it on my phone but she still did not get it on her computer. We ended up using the transmission on my phone bit I waited almost an hour for no reason... read more
