Excellent location, easy parking. Clean waiting room. My tech Joan was AWESOME. Truly the best. She distracted me while getting my blood drawn & only stuck me once (i am very anxious & a very difficult stick). She made an appointment that I dreaded more than bearable, almost enjoyable! I do want to note, there was one staff member bossing around my tech & calling her out in front of patients. Very unprofessional, especially considering Joan was busy providing a high quality appointment.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if it was an option. Today I waited over three hours for an appointment that I had scheduled. All we needed was a quick blood draw. Nobody came out to say anything of why they were running late. 17 people were in the waiting room! While I was there for three hours, only three people went inside to get their blood taken.
