The technician was very patient and accommodating to my questions. She was excellent compassionate and understanding.
The woman that drew my blood was very kind and helpful,. The only problem I had was that my veins are difficult and small. I do NOT understand why butterfly needles are not available to them. It would make drawing blood so much easier for them and the client.
If you ask for Nadelyn (apologies if I misspell the name) you will be in and out with no issues. She was great for somebody who continues to have issues having blood drawn and lots of nerves surrounding. In the past this office has provided not so positive experiences - but today was a great day with a new experienced staff member! Thank you!
