Two stars because my first visit was fine. But my second visit was terrible. First visit Tech told me I needed blood drawn before 9:00 (I had a 9:20 appointment). I didn’t realize it would make that much of a difference. She helped me schedule a second appointment. I came back a different day for an 8:40 appointment. I got there and checked in at 8:30 and told the first tech I saw that I had to have the draw done by 9:00. But I was not called until 9:00! So I had to reschedule AGAIN. If anyone wants to waste their time, then please walk into this location! My doctor ordered blood work ASAP ! At that time I was in Yale Urgent Care in Southberry CT in pain! ( By the way 5 star service ) Walked into Quest at 15:18. Nobody at the waiting room, and no appointments on the screen. Talked to the old lady who desperately needs to retire! Great experience overall. Clean facility, quick turnaround on results, and very friendly staff. Everything was efficient and well-organized. I would definitely recommend.
