Second encounter with the girl who works solo here. Unsolicited "advice" or opinions from a phlebotomist about how you should have prepped for bloodwork against what the prescribing Dr is instructing is a huge no-no. Always follow the doctor's instructions. The phlebotomist is to take the blood and that's it and not be demeaning towards patients in any way. When you're in the medical field, try to be warm or friendly, no one coming in for bloodwork needs to be further stressed out. This particular staff had, twice now, poor ... read more
Been going there for a couple of years. Yes it is a one person office and sometimes gets crowded. My advice is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or don't complain about the wait. She does her best at drawing blood without discomfort to her clients and doing the paperwork as quickly as possible.
The person working there today did not seem happy to be there. She did not make any eye contact and when she saw there were four people in the waiting room directed people that they could go down the street to the other quest.
Best phlebotomist ever! She.is professional, friendly, and efficient. Most important, I never experience the slightest discomfort when she does the poke. I actually enjoy visiting this location for my blood draws.
