Made an appointment online. Received a text the next day that it was canceled due to this location being closed for maintenance that week. Rescheduled online for a week later. Took time off of work to get to my appointment only to find that it was closed again due to maintenance. No notification was sent notifying me of this. Very unprofessional. Waste of time!
It was a very good experience from checking in to the ease that the phlebotomist got into my vein. This Quest is convenient and above average compared to other locations. I definitely recommend this location in South Windsor.
Clean and professional. Majesty was so nice and patient with me. She was gentle as well. Great experience considering what I was there for.
I haven't done a walk in here but I usually schedule my appointment online and never have to wait. The staff are very nice and get the job done. Lol. Never have a issue. Also plenty of parking since it's right next to stop and shop.
