The medical assistant called me by my middle name not my 1st name to gather my information. When I corrected her she just looked at me like I didn't know my own first name. I am also a medical assistant and this lack of professionalism is un acceptable.
No wait time. Atendant/nurse was so nice polite and patient. Hardly find such qualities these days. Pleasant experience ☺️
