Terrible service obnoxious wait times and the people at the front desk are extremely rude.
I’ve been here many times over the past several years and will never return. The patient room I was in yesterday was filthy and the phlebotomist blew out my vein after he fished around in my arm with the needle, most likely causing a hemolysis-induced abnormal potassium level. I had an early appointment, checked in prior to my visit, and brought all necessary paperwork. I was there for literally over 90 minutes just for a blood draw. I understand errors are made, but filthy labs and clinical incompetence are not acceptable.
Very easy check in process. Blood draw was very efficient and the staff was professional and friendly.
The young lady who took me care of me was extraordinarily professional. She was able to draw my blood painlessly and was very pleasant while doing it.
