Try not to go this location when you call quest they said you don’t require appointment Front staff is very rude as soon as you enter front Lady shouts very loudly no appointment no entry Don’t even ask why you here like she is doing favor to us I don’t know why they put very nasty ppl on work place read all comments and go there Question diagnostic need to fix this

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I’ve always had great experiences at quests, but I will never come back to this location. The front desk help, specifically Alisha, was extremely disrespectful to me andthe few patients waiting. She went out of her way to be rude and nasty to all of us. It was so embarrassing to hear her yelling at the poor ladies behind us. I am still waiting back to hear from corporate.

I witnessed an appalling display of unprofessionalism at Quest Diagnostics. A patient simply asked the front desk employee, Alisha, if they could pick up supplies without waiting two hours. She assured them it wouldn’t take long, but after 30 minutes she laughed and admitted, “I didn’t forget about you, but I did”.
