trying to retrieve results and validate identity on their shitty app didn't work, resulting in a long phone call runa round with automated system bullshit. absolute garbage .
This is the most umprofessional lab..the team there sucks..rude and unprofessional..please dont go there...i waited for 30 mins after my appointment time..and then they came out and said have some patience..so if you want to experience a really unproffesional experince go here..

I brought my 2.5 year old for bloodwork. Alicia was our technician, and I could not talk more highly of her. My daughter did not make a sound or even cry. Alicia was amazing, efficient and knew exactly what she was doing! My daughter did not feel a thing! She was very kind, comforting and reassuring. I will not return unless I know that she is there working!
