Short wait time with appointment. Staff efficient. Don't recall the person's name who drew my blood. She was excellent.
I felt like I was an inconvenience when I came in around 4:20 as a walk in. This is my first time here and my doctor didn't let me know making an appointment is best. She kept reminding me I got lucky her appointment wasnt here yet cause she turns away patients around this time. The place doesnt close till 5pm so I was so confused. She was digging around my arm to find a vein. They need to get better people for this place
Don’t even waste your time here. They’ll do everything in their power to turn people away. Got there at 4:40 with NO ONE in front of me and they told me they “couldn’t take me” with 20 minutes. I literally just have to pee in a cup and go. So I go the next morning; 8:30am they don’t close til 11am. Lady says “no guarantee she can take me today” are you kidding? It takes me 5 mins to pee in a cup! & then you’re just dropping it in a box. Geesh are they lazy here.
Had THE BEST experience!!! I booked the appointment online, arrived a bit early, and was seen right away. The visit was for my 1.5-year-old daughter who needed blood drawn, and the technician was incredible...she got it on the first try and handled everything so gently. Highly recommend!
