My visits to Quest which I schedule from their portal are always very pleasant. I've only ever been to the Souderton location and it is very clean and I have never had to wait more than one minute; often I'm taken right way. The phlebotomists are always very pleasant, professional and so good at what they do....never hurts a bit!! Good location. Came 20min early but they still saw me. Was in and out. Phone and online service wasn't great but check in and sample collection were a breeze

Friendly staff, quick and easy.
I have a huge phobia of needles, and blood work specifically is a huge trigger for me, so I was not the easiest patient to work with. The phlebotomist who worked with me was very patient, kind, and accommodating. It was so fast, not very painful, and I had no bruising! Thanks so much for helping me get through it!
