this location is CLOSED. wasted my time coming here because they failed to update information saying that the office is under construction
Kiosk is a pain. I downloaded the qr code but it never requested it. Wouldn't scan my insurance card. Appt was about 12 minutes after scheduled time. Phlebotomist was excellent. Double checked everything, answered my questions regarding additional bloodwork required by a different MD. Processed everything efficiently.
Online scheduling and link-based check-in was easy and efficient. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Staff were skilled and friendly. If I was able to make my payment online, it would free up more time for medical staff.
My appointment was handled quickly and efficiently. I was a bit late for my appointment time, but they worked me in quickly.
I’m very disappointed that they don’t have anyone that we could talk to; it’s just a tablet … too many things; very difficult to access to, parking was a nightmare and now I was penalized for being late!!
