Excellent service especially Patti and Jen. Phone system sucks, I drove by to make my appointment, then came back for it.Make an appointment! The waiting room fills up.
Wonderful employees, great prices about 1/4 of what things cost at the hospital.
The phone system is horrible. I had a simple question, and there is no way to get to a live person. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
Oh, my goodness! The facility and staff are awesome, but their phone system is SO BAD! One has to sit through instructions on what to bring and how to log in online, then it tells you all reps are busy and hangs up on you. Really? What happened to putting someone on hold? I have to keep calling back every few minutes and sit through the process all over again. ... Holy cow - finally got through after 4 tries and now I can't get out of the automatic system and it tells me it doesn't have access to customer service.
Jen goes the extra mile to make our 1-year old as comfortable as possible during her frequent blood draws, and her track record has been more successful than at any hospital we've been to. Jen even stayed late on her birthday in order to accommodate our little one. Thank you Jen! You are amazing!!!
