I made an appointment ahead of time for 12:30 and came 20 minutes early. Instead of taking me, they took two walk-in’s that came after me and took me past my appointment time. I understand taking someone instead of the appointment if the person is late for their appointment, but If someone comes early and you are able to take them, I think it’s more important to take those who made an appointment before hand.
Certainly comfortable place to go for blood work!
Quick fast and convenient. Had an appointment and was out within 5-6 mins. The ladies mridula and her new coworker (im drawing a blank on her name)(my bad) however they were nice. They always get my blood draw in one stick. I have the smallest, non cooperative veins but their skill level is A1.
I had a great experience here! The wait was super short & my phlebotomist Mridula was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and she got the blood work done super quick. I will be back for any other labs I may need & I hope to see Mridula again!
