Previously gave a 3 star review, because I did not understand why they kept asking me for my pymt info when my ins covers labs at 100%. I thought where are they getting these very specific amounts that I will owe??? I had to go back for more labs today and we figured it out. If you have Surest-United Heathcare, make sure to tell them Surest. I rarely see Surest as an option with other offices, so I'm in the habit of saying my ins is United Healthcare - but at Quest, they have Surest in their system. Tell them you have Surest... read more
Excellent facility. Had an appointment for 7:40 am. I arrived at 7:35 am, and was out of the building and in my car to go home by 7:45 am. Very clean building, and the technician effortlessly drew my blood. (I've had trouble with others drawing blood from me in the past!)
I was at Quest today. Facility is fine. Phlebotomist was professional. My only problem was she said I would owe $40 for my labs and wanted me to put my debit card in their system. The last 2 years I've had the kind of insurance plan that shows you up front exactly what you will owe BEFORE you even make an appt. I was pretty sure I would have NO charge for labs, but while at the office, I forgot that fact and asked "Don't you send a bill?" She kept saying yes, but still wanted my debit card info.
