This Quest location is close to my house and I find myself there once every few months. There is plenty of parking and Quest is on the 2nd floor. I'm not sure how it is if you walk in, but I always make an appointment several weeks in advance online. When I arrive, I never have to wait more than a few minutes. All the employees seem friendly and skilled.
