No human being to greet you or help if something goes wrong during check-in, difficult to find location and parking, very dirty and sad feeling

My blood draw was efficient, fast, painless and pleasant. What more can I ask for? In the past they've seem to have had a staffing problem, but that seems to be worked out, based on my last 2 visits.
Yaritza at Quest in Solvang is so amazing! Yaritza took her time and was so patient trying all different things to try to calm my daughter’s anxiety about the blood test as Yaritza understood how important it was. I am so grateful to have such a special caring professional person in our community! I really don’t know what we would have done without Yaritza/Quest!
the worst manner of making a reservation we have ever experienced - you can't change or cancel a reservation unless you have a reservation number, but guess what?,, you don't have a reservation number, because you are never given one - so you try and try again and again to get someone on the phone, but to no avail!...no one will help you and at the end you have to drive back there, try to find someone to talk to, and even that is very hard to do!! we just wish there was another location in our area where we could get the ser... read more
