Zombie Apocalypse HeadQuarters. Empty lobby at noon on a weekday despite I had a 12:10 p.m. appointment for a blood draw. I saw a 400 pound Diva the size of a Navy Frigate shuffling around behind the receptionist window but was never recognized or called for. Her mask fully covered both her nose and mouth. So after being ignored for 20 min past my appointment time, I up and left. I won't bother attempting to reschedule, all locations I've tried in the Greater Cleveland area function the same. She on Quest.
I do not recommend scheduling to go here on a Saturday. Even though google says they are open AND you can schedule an online appointment, they are not. I know I can’t be the only one confused because there were 4 other people waiting to get in standing in the pouring rain. Could you please update your hours of operation so people that don’t have a car don’t waste their time going up there. Thanks!!!
Myself and several other showed up to locked doors during our appointment time. They were closed. I sat in the parking lot for half an hour and saw several people walk up to the locked doors in confusion.
Paris lee was amazing. I have had really bad experiences in the past with Cleveland clinic lab for blood work. I explained my trauma to her and she took her time and took out my blood without any pain. I cannot believe it was so easy and quick. Will be going to her everytime from now onwards.
