You walk in to computers and no receptionist at all. Scheduled an appointment for my 2 year old online (since you can’t speak with someone to do it) and had a screenshot/picture of the confirmation. A staff member was very rude obnoxious impolite and biased. Don't go here. Sure they were good but that was then, this is now. Also the other thing is that patient's bill of rights is posted on the wall at any and every health facility a patient goes to at any and every health facility they attend and if a staff member breaks those rules in these places than that goes violated. Literally the worst lab I’ve ever been to lol The employee helping me had reallyyy really bad bedside manner and also was just super unfriendly. I literally was already in the chair and the room and walked out to go somewhere else because I just did not feel comfortable. I get that we all have bad days! But if you’re dealing with people who are anxious around needles, you really need to be friendly at the very least.
