The lady Roxanne who drew my blood Hurt me so bad and I had to go to my PCP for medical treatment and have been documenting my swelling and pain, how Ican'tsqueezeor move my arm too much. I explained to the phlebotomist that I have tiny veins and they roll, obviously she didn't care. She didn't use a butterfly and her bedside manner was horrible, like she didn't want to be there. The guy who checked me in was so kind.... I will let my doctor know to NEVER EVER SEND ME THERE AGAIN!!!
It was very bad customer service.
