Stupid customer service system. If you’ve any questions, you don’t have a human to speak to. Even having a walk-in appointment is so confusing! .. I ended up for me and my son who will do the test waiting for 3 people who came after me coz of the stupid system they’re having. Also the poor one working there having all jobs done by herself doesn’t have the ability to listen to you !!! —- I’m so sorry for myself that I had to deal with all of this!
Tech did not take blood for all the tests orders by my doctor. When I questioned her, she was extremely rude and said she got them all. Well, she missed 75% of what my doctor ordered for me, including a very important test that's greatly impacting my health. Now I have to go back again.
Tired of snotty people. Just wanted to use restroom. Exasperated employee, because god forbide we ask anything b4 called, finally let's me use restroom. As I walked in I said.. not sure of the hold up I am the only one here. Then she preceded to rudely tell me.. she just got here and her computer was warming up. Honestly, if she wasn't so put out and snotty about allowing me to use restroom I probably wouldn't have said a word. Treat others how you want to be treated.
Got a text before the appointment for blood draw, said to just click on link when you arrive. Did not have to check in once inside. Got called quickly, tech was friendly, professional, soft spoken, and did an excellent job. I am not keen on needles and this was about as good as it could be. Walked out inside of 10 minutes, might have been closer to 5 min. Amazing.
The man who works here is a total sweetheart! I’ve been here a couple of times and he is always helpful, kind and friendly.
