The employees at this location on Macaw Lane are always friendly and helpful, even if you're a walk in they treat you kindly. Facility is very clean and organized, machines for check-in work great. The Sycamore location is horrible. Staff is abrupt, rude, dismissive. Office is dirty, machines don't work well so checking in is very difficult and the staff gets irritated at the customers for not being able to check in. The tech there was so rude to me as a walk-in - I and two others walked out. I will never return to Sycamore.... read more
I took my daughter to get some blood work and the lady who took her blood, said a lot of blood wasn’t coming out. She then proceeded to push the needle in more and pull it out a bit and move it around while inside my daughter, terrible!! She then pulled it out and said I need her other arm because this one is not giving me enough blood, mind you my daughter has great veins and has NEVER had a problem. She then proceeded to poke her on the other arm. My daughter was in so much pain for days and also ended up with a big bruise... read more

My husband and I arrived at 1:00 PM for our 2:30 PM appointment. My husband had to leave work and was hoping we could have been seen at an earlier time than the time of our 2:30 appointment. He put his name on a walk-in list at 1:00 PM and told one of the Nurses the only way we could have had the blood drawn was to get they're at 1:00PM and hope to have this done before our 2:30 PM Appointment.
