The appointment reservation system was wonderful. I sat for less than 2 minutes and my name was called right on time. Sharda was outstanding --- personable, efficient and caring. She was the first person to ever ask me about fasting AND hydration before drawing my blood. By having me drink some water first, the draw was much more comfortable than usual. Thank you, Sharda!

I had an appointment and was called in for my test less than 5 mins after I arrived, and was out in 10 minutes. Very efficient, and the phlebotomist was pleasant and friendly.

I was seen on time, but the phlebotomist seemed disorganized. This was concerning since I previously had an experience where my lab orders could not be located. During that visit, my urine sample was lost, yet the report stated that I had not provided one. To avoid a repeat situation, I came prepared this time with a copy of my lab orders from my previous visit. After my blood draw, I asked the phlebotomist if a urine sample was needed. If you go to Quest on Sycamore I highly recommend asking for Sharda. She was professional,kind and drew blood so gently. Thank you Sharda !!
