Don't understand the bad reviews either. I'm a transplant recipient who has to get labs done every 3mo. Staff has always been friendly, efficient, and funny too. Facility is clean and calm. It's all about having the paperwork ready, routine, and also do an appointment instead of walk-in. Only times I've had issues was due to my team not sending the fax in time or it didn't go through so I had go reschedule.
Need to update their hours that are listed online. They close at 12:00pm on Saturday, not at 2:00pm like shown online
Terrible just stop advertising you are walk in place and maybe you wouldn't have so many bad reviews. They have no walk in available for rest of the day starting at 8am WTH just terrible I think it's just the working person that says that.
I was totally disappointed I my experience. I was told I had to pay In advance. So I took my papers. He said it was the new policy they started as of Jan 1st. I told I have a 0 Co pay it's right in my paperwork for my ins. we'll you have to pay $75.00 if you want it done today. So I grabbed my papers told him. Screw you, left.
When I have an appointment I’m in right away. Usuallly just a short wait if no appt. The lab personnel are excellent, kind and professional.
