When I have an appointment I’m in right away. Usuallly just a short wait if no appt. The lab personnel are excellent, kind and professional.

When checking in you have to scan your ID and insurance card at the kiosk. Wait time is minimal. The nurse could use more customer service skills.
I made an appointment, because the last time I went there I found out that if you was a walk in you might have a long wait.They are very overworked here.One person can only do what they can do.There was so many appointments booked today and walk in after walk in coming in.The lady was still pleasant and professional.I think you need to open another lab for our location and or hire this lab some more techs.
Had appointment confirmation on paper for 10:20a. Arrived just after 10am. When I arrived I was the only customer. Staff refused to see me until almost 11am, said I had to "wait for my appointment because they had other appointments." They made me sit in the lobby alone for nearly an hour as no one else ever came in or left. They just didn't feel like working I guess.
