I went in 2 different locations in the same day and they don't have butterfly needles for infants?! Than went again after 4 days the lady there told me they don't have again, they had a small bach on Monday and all gone...(very frustrating). Than she decided to look anyway and found one somehow but coulden't get enough blood so needed to go again and do it all over. My child was stressed but lets say it is normal in this case, my point is - this no needle situation is way too unprofecional.
Horrific I had a UTI infection went there with my Dr order to have urinalysis including coulture she would not give me a wipe claimed I did not need it the test cane back inconclusive had to go to northwestern emergency room such incompetence it’s not acceptable don’t go here ever
