They forgot to send out my bloodwork, and when I scheduled an appointment for a redraw they made me wait over an hour.
They were accommodating of my tendency to pass out after blood draw and let me hang around for a few minutes to make sure I was okay to drive. Very professional, and I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen.
I screwed up and made an appointment at a different location (both locations were both on Sheridan drive). I registered as a walk-in and was taken in 10 minutes. I thought I was going to have to fast another day to get the test done. It was a relief it was only a 10 minute wait. The woman that took my blood was extremely nice. She was friendly and just the right amount of chatty. I have come to this location before and it was a nightmare. I had to wait an hour even with an appointment.
