Amazing experience wait time was fast people where friendly.
The Employee who helped me, Sophie, was patient and explained everything thoroughly. She made the process efficient and smooth. Several other employees came to ask her questions and she was always able to answer and help them with a kind and patient demeanor, she seemed to be a great team player and leader.
Staff was excellent
They forgot to send out my bloodwork, and when I scheduled an appointment for a redraw they made me wait over an hour.
They were accommodating of my tendency to pass out after blood draw and let me hang around for a few minutes to make sure I was okay to drive. Very professional, and I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen.
