My dad went in to get blood work done. He has been coming here since 2009. He had an appointment and signed in with no issues. The woman responsible for taking his blood stated that she had no script. The location was at fault for misplacing his first and last name on the paper work. There was a script. All quest staff here are so nice and accommodating. I had Lawanda take care of me today and she was the sweetest and attentive person I could have had for the job. She was caring, nice and patient with me after I had ink all over my hands from my pen exploding to having to wait for a fax to be sent over. She went above and beyond with her compassion and attention to detail drawing my blood. I highly recommend going here for bloodwork and all of the staff are extremely friendly.
This is not the Quest that I usually go to, but I've been here twice in the past few weeks when my usual location couldn't accommodate me. Both times, the phlebotomists were extremely pleasant and friendly (despite end of day appointments!), and completed the work that I needed quickly, kindly, and painlessly. Seriously considering driving the extra fifteen minutes to come to this location from now on, because the employees here are just awesome!
