First of all, every time I’m in there, there is some poor older person who cannot use your computer check-in system. They have a very hard time getting peoples’ attention, and then people are rude to them. Yesterday, there was an older man, and he told the guy that he had an appointment, but he couldn’t figure out the computer. The young lady who did my blood with draw was the best I have ever had!! No pain, found my difficult vein promptly and quickly.
There is no front desk. If you have an issue, forget it. They didn't have my orders. She sent me away. I found my orders. I had to wait for someone to open the door to the waiting room. He blatantly ignored me as I am speaking to him. Then the girl tried to tell me I had to rewait my turn, when I made an appointment for 7:30 and it was only 7:35 and she had already sent me away. She was so rude and rolled her eyes at me. I show her my orders and refused to take them. I can't believe this place is in business.
I went to quest and thought I had an appointment for 4:00 pm but I accidentally made it for the day before. I ended up deciding to check in as a walk in the computer system accepted my walk in. Told me it would be 30-60 minutes. I decided to wait, When I sat down it was 3:50. I watched the phlebotomist call people over and over. At 4:40 she came out of the back and asked everyone who was a walk in to raise their hand. And then proceeded to tell us she had appointments and was not going to take the walk ins because they close... read more
