Slow & Rude. Long waits despite having appointments & call people at random.
Quinda was the absolute best. She was professional and funny. Can't recommend her enough.
Check in was easy and quick. Phlebotomist was friendly and helpful.
The tech was very courteous, professional, and kind. This has not been my experience in the past with Quest so I was delighted. Hopefully, they are training employees that the customer is always right and kindness matters.
