Check-in was very easy however, the lab tech needs to wake up on the correct side of the bed in the morning and not be rude to people. Plus, if you’re gonna wear a surgical mask for the protection of either yourself or your patients, you need to wear it properly. Only covering your mouth is not the proper way to wear it.

The technicians were great. Your entire set up is not conducive to wanting to ever return. No receptionist? No one to assist YOUR customers? I helped an elderly gentleman sit down…another patient figure out how to use the self check in….then another elderly woman assist her to turn the knob to open door. I do not work for Quest. Not greeting people when they arrive? I had a urine test ( not drug test) yet must use same bathroom without a trash can to throw away the paper to the vaginal wipe provided…no soap to wash my hands…... read more
