My experience was very good this time, I had problems in the past but Gwen is very professional and did not leave a bruise.
Check-in was very easy however, the lab tech needs to wake up on the correct side of the bed in the morning and not be rude to people. Plus, if you’re gonna wear a surgical mask for the protection of either yourself or your patients, you need to wear it properly. Only covering your mouth is not the proper way to wear it.
