Took people ahead of my husbands appointment time, do not recommend. You make an appointment so you don’t have to wait you can’t even check in early, my husband arrived a half hour early but you can’t bypass appointment time schedule just incase they have availability for a walk in and they STILL take people ahead of you after your appointment time. Rediculous, terrible customer service.

I used to have great success at this location. I was there last week and the 1st woman (wonderful and very nice) was having difficulty and called another woman in. The 2nd woman (older and Caucasian) inserted the needle very rough (yes, I said something about it as well so that she was aware bc i have never had someone do this way). When changing the tube she was moving the needle and I stayed a had a zing of pain go up my arm. She said she had to take out and go back in the other arm.
