I had made an appointment for some blood work at Seven Fields Quest Diagnostics. I got a text when I arrived, that checked me in right away. I was taken in quickly and the employees were so professional and so, so great with the needle. I didn't feel a thing. And no bruise marks the day after. When I have to get blood work done, I always go to Quest Diagnostics!
They treated the lady before me so poorly I felt so horrible for her. I was also treated very poorly, and given the wrong instructions on how to complete my appointment. Now I may have to go back and retake my test. I work in customer service and you won't catch me treating anyone like they treated us!
Usually love this location. I had never had a problem until my most recent visit. My appointment was with an older woman who had to stick me twice. The first time, she caused a radiating pain and then got upset because I barely moved due to the shock. The second poke was in the back of my wrist and while successful resulted in a huge bruise.
