Despite being short staffed over the weekend. The phlebotomist, Ryan, did a great job getting through appointments. She was very pleasant to work with.
Terry was my phlebtomist and she was outstanding! I hardly felt the needle go in & for the 1st time ever no bruise after! Great 1st experience with Quest!!
The check in can use some work, they ask you to provide everything online then when you arrive, you have to repeat everything even though you are provided with a QR code. The rest of the process is well done, just not the check in.
I have always had the best experiences here, and I’ve been here at least 6 times. I register ahead of time and scan my license and insurance when I show up, and then they’re always on time with taking me back. I have found the phlebotomists to be universally kind, efficient, and GOOD at their jobs. They are unparalleled at drawing blood as painlessly as possible. Today, I was in and out in <15 minutes, and my phlebotomist, Jackie, was an absolute delight. I will continue to go here for all of my testing needs.
