Personal service and very timely results.
If you’re going to advertise that you accept walk-in patients, you should at least acknowledge their existence when they are sitting in the waiting room and have someone dedicated for walk ins. I understand making an appointment may be preferred but life isn’t always so easily scheduled. If you’re not going to hold walk-in patients in the same regard as scheduled patients then don’t offer the walk-in service.

Luckily I don’t need a lot of bloodwork but today I had the best experience with Jackie. Very friendly, easy going, funny, and a smooth stabber. Pretty much everything I want from someone coming at me with a needle.
