I used to have great success at this location. I was there last week and the 1st woman (wonderful and very nice) was having difficulty and called another woman in. The 2nd woman (older and Caucasian) inserted the needle very rough (yes, I said something about it as well so that she was aware bc i have never had someone do this way). When changing the tube she was moving the needle and I stayed a had a zing of pain go up my arm. She said she had to take out and go back in the other arm. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable
Despite being short staffed over the weekend. The phlebotomist, Ryan, did a great job getting through appointments. She was very pleasant to work with.
