Best quest experience I have ever had. Quick, friendly and easy process.
Kevin took care of me. He called me in shortly after I arrived. He was friendly, respectful and very professional. He is a pleasure to work with.
I was greeted promptly. The woman who drew my blood was friendly and did a good job. I did not get black and blue after.
Quest is not a good place to get your lab work done. I went to get my blood drawn on May 3rd. My doctor calls saying they never received my results, this was going on 3 weeks later. I went back to the location and asked what happened with my blood work and why wasn’t it sent over. The lady that works there said they have nothing to do with that and to call the 1-800 number. I called and got no where, the guy on the phone told me he couldn’t find my information almost like I didn’t even get the blood work done. Long story sho... read more
