Quest Diagnostics has a predatory billing practice. If their billing department decides—without explanation—that you 'owe' them money, they will flat-out deny you service. At my appointment, the phlebotomist told me he couldn’t help unless I paid the entire bill upfront. I have insurance and always pay my copay, but that didn’t matter. At Quest you’re given two choices: cough up whatever amount they claim you owe, or walk out. I chose the latter—and found another lab. Goodbye, Quest.
Very efficient and friendly.
Fast, efficient and very pleasant staff. I went first thing when they opened at 7am since I was unable to make an appointment and they got me in within 10 minutes of checking in. Entire process went very smoothly. I have been to this location a few times and have had a positive experience each time. The only thing I wish Quest offered is phone assistance with actual operators, which would be very helpful with questions and scheduling.
