Great location and hours. Never a wait when you schedule an appointment.
Due to some personal issues I could not keep my appointment and went to the lab on Friday around 11:30. The lady just told me before taking my blood that I can not walk in and I have to make an appointment. She told me this for 3 or 4 times! I mean....why? Are walk ins not allowed?? She made me feel very down. She was clearly rude!! A patient does not deserve that. I am using quest for so long. I did never experience anything like this. It is very disappointing.
