I had a good experience here! My phlebotomist was kind and took good care of me. I was seen shortly after my appt time and it went as expected. Other reviews are concerned about the waiting room, but it’s pretty standard and clean. Instead of a front desk person you check in on your phone or on the tablet if you’re doing a walk in. Not sure why you would need to speak to someone, the phlebotomist gets you when they are ready. Highly recommend getting an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting.
I went to get an employee drug screen and TB test for work and this location does not do employee drug screens. Just writing to warn other people looking for the same thing.
My blood draw sessions with the phlebotomist Adam were a great experience overall. Adam was detail oriented, efficient, and most importantly had a great attitude and demeanor that eased any concerns. He also seems to help a high volume of patients—I would have tipped Adam if there was the option like on Uber or other services.
The waiting room is the only negative part of the place, small and no ventilation made it feel unsafe to wait in. BUT the person working 7/16 was an extremely professional, kind person. Made the experience extremely easy and if I get results back when I'm supposed to I will definitely be coming here for any future testing needs. Heavily recommend this over PP.
Behind schedule and low on staff. But great single worker who was available!
