Excellent service, as usual at this Massapequa location (on Hicksville Rd.) These young ladies are kind, professional, skilled, thorough, on point and show care to each and every patient. They are very timely, even when there are many patients in the waiting room. Thank you, Quest😊🥰

So I will say two of the ladies were nice but one was absolutely miserable and mean. Looked at me and my husband and said who are you people ??? while we were sitting there while I had an appointment with my name popped up on the screen. Start to tell her I had an appointment. She basically shut the door on me. They couldn’t find my information for some reason.. i was there for a three hour glucose test. They kept taking me delayed with each “hour” blood draw.
