The WORST! Had a valid physician’s order/prescription for a blood draw, which was visible in your records (on computer screen). However, staff refused to draw my blood and gave me various excuses, despite the medical order being clearly documented.
One of the worst Quest Diagnostics ever. Scheduled our appointment online and went in for a quick blood draw. When we got there they were extremely unhelpful and rude. Was told they can't help us and to wait outside. What kind of customer service is this???? Will not be coming back here ever and neither should you.....
Unprofessional and very poorly run facility. The phlebotomist could care less about the people waiting. We all had appointments and none of us was taken on time. After waiting 45 minutes, I left in discust. The others in the waiting room were still sitting there. They all had appointments before me! Close this place down! Total waste of time! I will have my blood taken at my primary care physician‘s office. Goodbye quest!
