We live over an hour away. Drive there and waited 2 1/2 hours only to be told by the only person working that my kid needed state issues I’D. While I realize that is their protocol for insurance purposes it would have been great if they had more than one person working who could have given us that information before getting his name called 2 1/2 hours later.
