I usually make an appointment, but this last visit was a spur of the moment walk-in. Luckily, I was able to get in in less than 10 minutes. The blood draw was easy and straightforward, the staff professional and friendly. As usual.
Very well thought out tech for setting up the appointment, reminders and checking in. Extremely pleasant, efficient (and painless) phlebotomist.
