This will be the second and last time I attempt to use Quest for my family’s lab work. During our first visit, the staff was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy after keeping us waiting more than 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment. I made an apt at 2 weeks in advance for 8:45 - and showed up to a note that said “break be back at 9:20”………… why have us make appointments ?
Professional personnel do their jobs quickly and efficiently, while being friendly and helpful. Online check-in works great. Making an appointment online results in little to no wait.
Quick and efficient. Staff was great. Didn't even feel the needle go in.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I live in Scotts Valley, therefore I went here without an appt. as I needed to pick up some material for a test I had to take. I thought no appt was needed just to pick something up. The place was closed and when I knocked no one answered the door. I had beforehand checked to see what their hours were and they should have been opened. Don't go there and waste your time.
