I was incorrectly turned away for not having a physician form. Re confirmed with my employer we do not need one for the biometric screening since I scheduled via company website. Rude staff there. Will go somewhere else.
Heaven forbid a corporation allows any human to human contact!!! I can't even use their automated scheduling system because the computer simply hangs up on me every time. Can Quest provide a damn human alternative?!?! So annoying.
The staff member’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. When the tourniquet was applied for the blood test, it caused immediate and significant pain, to the point that I felt my skin was being torn, and I untied it. Despite this, the staff member insisted that such excessive tightness was necessary to draw blood and reapplied the tourniquet in the same manner. Pavlinka made me feel so safe and calm when getting my blood drawn. When typically I feel anxious and that means so much to me. I'm so glad that I went to this facility. They are timely and quick, efficient and kind.
I visited Quest Diagnostics as a walk-in without an appointment on Dec 01, 2025. I checked in at the kiosk and waited approximately 20–30 minutes, which I found to be very reasonable for a standby visit. The facility had multiple phlebotomy technicians, all of whom were professional, courteous, and efficient in maintaining a smooth flow of patients.
