Honestly surprised at the 3.2 rating. I don't do mornings or medical stuff and my appointment was seamless. I mobile checked in as I was walking in the door and sat for maybe 3 seconds before Raquel called me back. She was not only professional and efficient but extremely friendly and personable! Keep her at this location and the rating will improve!! 5 star service.
I had a very positive experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff was professional, kind, and made the process smooth and comfortable for my daughter during her blood work. I also visited last year and had the same great service, which shows how consistently they treat their patients with care. I truly appreciate their patience, friendliness, and efficiency—it made what could have been a stressful visit very easy. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
Upon arrival, there was no receptionist to greet or answer questions. The office was empty. Had to knock on door inside office only to get an upset technician who told me to read the signs by the computer. This is a hands off office with employees that do not want to be bothered.
I have been to this location twice and Pavlinka is the best! She is very skilled in doing blood draws without pain and quickly. She has a calm demeanor and was patient while we waited for the doctors order. Highly recommend and when I have a choice I will go to her for my bloodwork.
