Two weeks ago I came with my one-year-old daughter to take tests! I've never seen such a rude attitude from the staff anywhere, a black girl was so nasty and cheeky, I was in complete shock!! She was rude and made a strange dissatisfied face, as a result, I've been waiting for my tests for 2 weeks, they haven't been gone! My child needs to go to kindergarten and they don't pick up the tubes, I'm waiting for another day for my tests and I'll come to your clinic and then the conversation will be separate!!!
The staff is not at all helpful! They horrified my six year old while taking the blood. Will never go here again. Rather go to Quest at hoffman Estates they are very gentle and kind. Blood works for my four year old was a cake walk.
Called several times to deal with a payment we don't need to pay. After a year, we still received a credit collection mail. Extremely poor and unprofessional.
They have a horrible record keeping
