Place is great and they do a good job but you can't call to make an appointment. It's an automated menu that just tells you to go to the website. In my case my doctor hadn't sent the order for test and I find that out when I went for my appointment, but because I had to make the appointment online they couldn't tell me that.
This rating is strictly for the manager. I was with one of the phlebotomists and she rudely interrupted and knocked on the wall of the door stating " Jane Doe hurry up" as a patient and a fellow health care professional i thought this was very unprofessional, as the phlebomist was doing their job taking care of the patient and then being rudely interrupted. How is she the manager and she doesn’t understand that the patient comes first and this is not an assembly line, we are humans. Bad manager.
DO NOT USE this company I have been trying to get a hold of a person to talk to about a paid for appointment that was missed. the automated phone systems is EXTREMELY frustrating and allows for NO help and it hangs up on you and there NO option to talk to a person!!!! Horrible customer service! I paid for my appointment and missed it and now I can not get a hold of Anyone via the phone automated system DO NOT USE DO NOT USE this Company TERRIBLE customer service!!!
