My experience was definitely unpleasant. The woman who did my bloodwork had the customer service skills of a potato. No “hey i am going to stick you” huffing and puffing the whole time. I will not be back to Quest on Shade
The techs were overbooked. We had an appt but so did 43 others. The techs were very efficient. There were so many people waiting, there wasn't enough seating for all.
We have gone to LabCorp for a long time but never again! Quest is awesome!!!!!
Defitely poor experience. Spent more then four hours as a walk-in. I even brought it to the attention of the supervisor on duty and she didn’t make any changes. I told it’s almost noon and was fasting for the test and haven’t had anything to eat or drink since the day prior, supervisor kept bringing people in and kept me in the lobby. She stated that I will be always pushed back while people with appointments kept showing up.
