Easy scheduling, on-time service, competent and dedicated professionals, very fast results.
Was placed in a room that had supplies and open urine cup on counter and another urine cup beside the chair. After a few minutes the lady arrived to draw my blood after I mentioned the room was a mess she cleaned up closed the urine cup and threw out the supplies left on counter and used a disinfectant wipes to clean the area before she began to start on me, never have I had an experience like this at Quest.
What's the point in making an appointment if you don't get called back until almost a half an hour after your appointment time... I opted for the "wait outside and we'll text you when it's your turn" option. They texted me and said "come in, it's almost your turn"... That was twenty minutes ago
