The staff are very organized, are skilled phlebotomists, personable and they take pride in their work.
I had to have blood drawn and needles terrify me. Hong was absolutely amazing. She understood, was compassionate and was very very good. I had an issue with a fax from my doctor, but everyone there was aware, and kept updating me. They also kept checking to make sure everyone was signed in, and they were cheerful. I was impressed. I especially appreciated Hong.
