I came in for a blood draw and it was as good of an experience that it could have possibly been. I almost had fainted after the blood draw, and Daniella did great to fan me and coolt me down with a wet wash cloth on my neck. I was grateful for her to act so quickly when i still ahdnt quite realized what was going on. Excellent location, will be back.
Even though you are supposed to have an appointment, I always walk in and only wait 10 mins at the most. Great staff Highly recommend
After I checked in, I was called back in about 2 minutes
Everything about my visit was awful! Having to sit in too small of a room with a bunch of people and no employees to greet you or anything. The tech was rushed and impersonal. The venipuncture was painful and bled a lot and bruised because she didn’t put the proper pressure dressing on it. Really terrible customer service! No care at all for the patient.
