Mike S. was outstanding. Best ever. Your web app to check-in is garbage. The 'click here to change or cancel your appointment' bar covers the Confirm Check-in and out; bar so one has to jump through loops to actually check-in. Do you ever even test the app?
Horrible customer service, even with an appointment we waited for 2+hrs and they still didn’t help us, we got frustrated and left. Even without an appointment, other people would be helped, but us. Racist, rude, horrible human beings. I wish nothing but the worst to all those workers and their families!
Clean location, very nice staff, if you book how appropriate and not walk in your waiting time from entering and confirming that you arrive will be maybe 6-7 minutes If you walk in it ca n take longer. It’s easy to schedule appointments on there app.
