I was very impressed with my experience at Quest (Santa Barbara). Online check-in was so convenient. My appointment started within 2 minutes of my arrival time. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional...got the vein on the first stick...always appreciated. My whole time there took less than 15 minutes. Overall an excellent experience!!
Facility on upper state st is always clean. Appointments are easy to make online. Phlebotomists are good at what they do and minimal pinch feeling when accessing my vein.
Was told to go to Quest before my surgery for my blood draw. The one closest to my house on Hollister, was closed for a week. No mention of this on Google and no mention from the doctors office. So I hobble in severe pain back to the car and drive to Quest on upper state. I walk in and there's no people to greet you there's just a machine that you're supposed to put your information in. The people who work there are great, however the booking system is awful. It took me three visits before I could actually complete my appointment. Also their check in system requires a physical copy of your insurance card and is it is unclear how to check in when it is a work covered event. The first time I was 3 minutes late and they closed for lunch before they would take me.
